The folks at Stonyfield recently sent some of the new 100% Grassfed and Greek whole milk yogurts, and I had a great time playing around with recipe ideas. While I could have just made another fruit and yogurt bowl like this, my brain was thinking savory, and I decided on this turmeric tahini yogurt dressing.
I love to use yogurt as a base for dressing because it provides a lot of creaminess and flavor without much in the way of excess calories. The turmeric and ginger in this one also add a delicious, anti-inflammatory kick, with a mellowing flavor from the tahini. Here’s a recipe that will make enough to dress one large or two smaller salads. Enjoy!
Turmeric Tahini Dressing

- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
