I never would have touched this stuff a few years ago, but I totally drank the Kool-Aid when I started going for my MS RD. ..And I’ve kept drinking it. This baby is full of spinach, carrot, ginger, celery and a little grapefruit. I decided to treat myself after not blowing anything up in lab.
