Happy Monday, guys. Hope your week is getting off to a great start! The past few months have been pretty intense. As I’m sitting down to write this, I kind of can’t believe it’s only been three months since the last time I did my quarterly media round-up.

For starters, I (finally) announced my upcoming book, The Farewell Tour: A Caregiver’s Guide to Stress Management, Sane Nutrition, and Better Sleep (Viva Editions), which comes out on October 11, 2022 (preorder here). My updated website also launched, which was really exciting, and a long time overdue.

Of course, I was recording lots of podcast episodes, working on articles for Forbes, recording new videos for CARAVAN Wellness, and I was also really busy with events and projects and patient care at the Breast Center.

On the personal life front, I’ve had a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes, so I’ve had to be really intentional about taking my own advice about building in time for breaks and deep breaths wherever possible!

As I do every quarter, here’s a look at some recent publications, podcast episodes, and media appearances.
