I spent my afternoon off cooking for the week ahead. On the menu—roasted red peppers, hummus, red lentil soup, roasted broccoli, and “turnip fries” I’m testing for another project.
I also experimented with collard wraps, which I stuffed with hummus and lentils and served alongside a sweet potato topped with goat cheese. Amazing.
