2023 Q3 Media
Behind the scenes, I’ve been working on a few projects that are specifically related to gratitude, and as I think about the past few months, I realize there’s a lot to be thankful for– Q3 of 2023 was truly good to me! This summer, I traveled to Chicago to visit my friends at NOW Foods, I helped out at a pilates retreat in Italy, and I was able to enjoy some downtime with loved ones. This past quarter, I also dedicated time to recording podcast episodes with amazing guests, launching My WTF to Eat and Calm the F*** Down substack newsletter, and celebrating (albeit a bit early!) the one-year birthday of my second book, The Farewell Tour: A Caregiver’s Guide to Stress Management, Sane Nutrition, and Better Sleep.
As I do every quarter, today I’m sharing a round-up of some recent publications, podcast episodes, and other media appearances. I know that there are endless places you can get health information these days, and I’m honored that you take the time to read and tune in to what I share.
