- Gliding Discs: These allow for smooth movements and a wide range of core exercises. For example, they let you mimic some Pilates reformer exercises.

- Explore local fitness businesses: If you enjoy fitness studio workouts, explore local offerings in the area you’re visiting. This can be a fun way to enjoy exercise while getting a feel for the local fitness community.
Maintaining Nutrition and Hydration
Keeping up with your nutrition and staying hydrated is crucial, especially when you’re out of your regular routine. Here are some of my personal essentials to bring along:
- Protein Bars and Powders: For maintaining muscle and keeping hunger at bay.
- Electrolyte Supplements: To keep hydration levels optimal. This is extra important with air travel, which can be dehydrated, and also key if you’re walking around a lot and/or traveling to a very hot climate.

- Matcha Packets: For a healthy and energizing morning beverage that won’t give you the jitters you get from coffee thanks to the L-theanine in green tea and matcha.
