Yep, another recipe of pumpkin something-or-other you make in a food processor. Stay with me here, though, because this is seriously my favorite thing I’ve made so far this season. Maybe even all year. This is totally one of those “for the vault” recipes.
This 3-ingredient spread has become my go-to garnish for everything from toast to salad to veggie bowls. It comes together in less than five minutes. This recipes makes about 3/4 cup (6 oz), but feel free to multiply and make in larger batches. It has a tendency to disappear.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup yellow or white miso paste
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Done. Store in the fridge.
What’s your favorite spread? What are some of your favorite “in the vault” recipes?
