March has always been one of those months I feel like I’m just trying to get through intact. As I was talking about on Instagram last week, this was a tough winter in the Northeast (why so much snow this month?!), and I definitely was feeling the Seasonal Affective Disorder vibes. No wonder I couldn’t get enough of sardines—my body was craving some serious vitamin D. Whatever works!
