Calling this a recipe is almost an embarrassment. It’s just so easy and so delicious.
With all the SuperBowl talk (and writing projects related to SuperBowl food) in the weeks leading up to the big game, I could not get Buffalo sauce out of my mind. Even though I like spicy stuff, it’s rare that I actively crave it. Then I found myself doing a round-up of spicy recipes for Shape, and Tina’s Bang Bang Cauliflower was basically haunting my dreams. I wanted to see what a non-“breaded” version would taste like, so I went out and got some buffalo sauce and some cauliflower, and in just over 30 minutes, voila—raving thoroughly satisfied. If you like buffalo anything, I’m sure you’ll love this. Serve as a side dish, toss into a stir-fry, or enjoy as an appetizer or weird-is-good snack.
3-Ingredient Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss cauliflower with oil and spread in baking pan or lined baking sheet.
- Roast cauliflower until just starting to brown, about 25 minutes.
- Toss sauce with cauliflower and roast another 5-10 minutes. It’s done with sauce is bubbling and browning.
