If the last three months taught us anything, it’s that life doesn’t slow down just because we wish it would. When you’re building a healthier, more grounded version of yourself, the world still pulls at you — deadlines, relationships, shifting seasons, and that constant hum of “Am I doing enough?” This is before we even acknowledge the “What in the actual f**” that is current events.

That’s why I’m a big believer in pausing to look back. This 2025 Q2 Media Round-Up is a reminder that our conversations matter. They shape how we think, what we question, and how we take better care of ourselves,

This quarter, my writing, podcast episodes, and guest spots circled back to a few truths: women are still expected to juggle it all; burnout can hide behind shiny achievements; and nutrition — real, science-backed nutrition — is still one of our most overlooked tools for managing stress, sleep, hormones, and mental health.

This roundup is your chance to catch what you missed, revisit insights that deserve a second listen, and soak up some gentle reminders that your well-being is a long game worth showing up for with heart.

If Q2 of 2025 taught me anything, it’s this: the conversations we have—out loud, on the page, and in our heads—can be powerful catalysts for change. This 2025 Q2 Media Round-Up is a breadcrumb trail back to yourself: your energy, your clarity, your trust that tiny shifts matter.

If you take anything away from this quarter, let it be this:

  • Ask better questions about your habits, your stress, your joy.
  • Try something simple instead of something perfect.
  • Stay curious. Stay kind to yourself.

Real change doesn’t happen in leaps. It happens here, in moments you choose to care a little more. I’m so glad you’re here for it.
