Reflecting on 2024 and Gearing Up for 2025
I’m a little late getting to my Q4 media round-up, but better late than never!
At the end of the year, it feels like the perfect time to take a moment, grab a warm drink, and reflect on everything that’s happened in the past few months. However, Q4 is also usually a whirlwind of activity, but beyond the busyness, it’s also a season of growth, learning, and looking ahead.
In my own life, I was navigating a big (positive) shift related to my work schedule in Q4 and January, and while it meant some temporary overwhelm, it feels great to be in a routine that allows for more flexibility and more space for creativity and projects that light me up.
In this round-up, I’m sharing some media features and discussions that shaped the last quarter of 2024. From expert insights on health, nutrition, and wellness to thought-provoking conversations on personal development and boundary-setting, I’m so grateful that media work is part of my career.
