2024 Q2 Media Round-Up
Can you believe we’re half-way through the year?! As we look towards the second part of 2024, I want to encourage you to take a moment (or several) to check in with yourself about how you feel like the year is going.
How have you taken care of your physical and mental health? What areas of your life have improved? What changes do you want to make? What do you have your sights set on for the rest of 2024?
This kind of mid-year check-in is a valuable practice, both personally and professionally as it promotes mindfulness, boosts motivation, enhances productivity, and allows you to think about how you want to approach the future.
I know I’ve got some exciting changes coming to my work life next year, so as we get into this second half of 2024, I’m really enjoying leaning into planning and prepping.
