I’m so happy we finally have some nicer weather. I spent so much time outside this weekend—it felt great to catch up with friends and unplug. I’ve been making a more conscious effort to take/spend (help me out—what’s the verb I’m looking for?) actual downtime, and I felt like I did a pretty good job of it this weekend, with a nice mix of self-care basics like yoga, Pilates, and meal-prep, plus meals out with friends and Infinity War. Speaking of, holy crap. Even if you’re not a Marvel Comics fan, you’ll love it.

Anyway, before I accidentally spoil the movie for anyone, let’s get into the rest of this post.

For this week’s What I Ate a Wednesday post, I’m sharing a look at Saturday’s eats.

Breakfast : leftover veggies, sweet potato, an egg, and breakfast sausage
Lunch at Mermaid Inn: Niçoise salad ; glass of cava
Snack: plain Greek yogurt with cocoa powder and blackberries
Dinner: just let here leftover chicken& veggies and some avocado over greens and called it…salad? A piece of chocolate for dessert.
