This week, Harvard unveiled their new Healthy Eating Plate, which kind of makes the USDA’s My Plate look like a kid’s school project (at least I think so). What I love is that it goes more into detail about healthy choices for each of the food groups and answers the questions of how much dairy and fat are appropriate. It also points out in no uncertain terms that french fries do not count as a vegetable. Cheers to that.

What do you think of Harvard’s plate?
