Happy Saturday! Hope you’ve got a great weekend planned—or not planned! Sometimes a little unstructured time is the best antidote to a crazy week.

I’m headed to the Garden State for another Athleta event and some time with the fam before a bridal shower on Sunday. I’m definitely in need of a little play-time. And a manicure. As I shared on Thursday, it’s been one of those weeks—not all bad, just “All the Things! Thing are moving!” #EclipseWeather

Here are a few of the ways that I dealt with the madness in my little corner of the world:

I find that in general, starting the day by doing a few nice things for myself set me up well to face whatever the rest of the day has in store.

Oh, and this happened too. Sometimes, you gotta pour the glass of wine before you peel off the wet clothes. I got totally owned by the rain on Wednesday. Not fun.

I love that Trader Joe’s sells inexpensive wines that actually taste good. This bottle set me back about 4 bucks and was surprisingly delicious. The price helped me feel okay about opening it and only having a glass.
