Dietitians are often encouraging patients to eat less and leave some food on their plate when they dine out, but that’s easier for some people than others. Many feel the need to somehow “wreck” their food so they won’t eat too much of it. Pick up almost any popular magazine and chances are, you’ll come across various “stay-slim” secrets of celebrities, such as pouring salt over the food or extinguishing a cigarette in the dish in order to keep from eating the rest of it. While I want to say, “whatever works,” that seems pretty extreme. I thought I’d heard everything until I came across this clip from Kim Kardashian’s new show, SPINdustry.
