I need to experiment more with turning awkward amounts of leftovers into new things. While I was studying, Chris made some stale Italian bread into garlic toast (brush stale bread with olive oil and garlic powder and bake at 275 for 10 minutes) and topped a few slices with mozzarella, roasted zucchini, and  a bit of parmesan and pesto. So pretty! Random homemade appetizers are the best.

Once the craziness subsides at school, I intend to get back into cooking more new things (other than new salad and veggie burger combos) and posting about them, but for now, I’m having fun showcasing some of Chris’ concoctions.
