Sesame Beef

Biochemistry class has been dominating my life the last few days. I can’t wait until Tuesday’s exam is over! Today, my sister and I met up for a quick lunch at Red Bamboo, a vegetarian restaurant in the West Village. I have no idea why I don’t go here more often—it’s pretty hard to beat when it comes to fake meat. My Szechuan “Beef” hit the spot, and Julia loved her Sesame “Beef” dish.
