Pizza for breakfast? Once in a while, sure—especially when it comes with a fried egg on top. Paired with an arugula salad, it actually made for a pretty balanced brunch. I’d do it again.

I am not a fan of traditional breakfasts either…and I write this as I eat quinoa with sundried tomatoes for my breakfast. 🙂
