If you’ve been following me on social media for even, like, a day, it’s pretty obvious that oatmeal is my default breakfast. I like it because it’s filling and easily customizable. I usually add some chia seeds or ground flax and cook in egg whites. Lately, I’ve been topping my bowl with veggies, tahini, and goat cheese.
