This morning when Chris made a batch of granola, we ended up with a bunch of crystals at the bottle of the now-empty maple syrup jug. I banged and shook the thing around until all the crystals fell into a container for later use. I’m excited to try to come up with some ideas! Any suggestions? img 2482 - Maple Crystals

Also, talking about crystals reminds me of this.

It also reminds me of that time in organic chem lab when the crystals I was heating got messed with and left on too long and the thermometer overheated, shot in the air, and exploded.  Yep, I was totally that person responsible for having to evacuate the lab. Good times.
