This morning when Chris made a batch of granola, we ended up with a bunch of crystals at the bottle of the now-empty maple syrup jug. I banged and shook the thing around until all the crystals fell into a container for later use. I’m excited to try to come up with some ideas! Any suggestions? 

Also, talking about crystals reminds me of this.

It also reminds me of that time in organic chem lab when the crystals I was heating got messed with and left on too long and the thermometer overheated, shot in the air, and exploded.  Yep, I was totally that person responsible for having to evacuate the lab. Good times.
