Hello hello—Happy Thursday! This morning, I have some exciting news to share!

Remember that time I went out for ramen with some friends in Astoria? Food & Wine magazine just featured my photo from that delicious meal, along with a piece about food trends to try this year. 

Which reminds me…it’s been way to long since I’ve had ramen. Need to fix that ASAP!
