Wow—I cannot believe it’s the last Thursday in July! I love doing my monthly media round-up for you guys, as it gives me a chance to reflect on the past month and get excited about the month ahead. July has been a busy month full of events, trips, projects, and a few major life and work changes, plus family things thrown in there. Practicing about what I preach in regards to making time for self-care has been helpful. The one thing that’s been extra-challenging, however, has been getting away from my desk for meals. There have been a lot of days where I’ve totally failed at that. Been trying to make up for it by at least enjoying delicious, nourishing food. Yesterday’s baby kale salad is a good example:

Because I get so many of my ideas from client questions, discussions amongst friends and family, and what I see people posting about as I scroll through social media. I’d love to know what’s on your mind and what you’d like to see and learn more about. Any myths you need busted? Meals or snack you need ideas for? Superfood you’re obsessing over? Leave a comment and let me know!
