Olive oil is the main cooking oil I use, but I also keep coconut oil on hand. It’s great for a change of pace (perfect with roasted sweet potatoes), but truth be told, my main use for it is as a post-shower moisturizer. Yep, I’m that weirdo who keeps a jar of coconut oil in the bathroom. Don’t knock it ’til you’ve tried it—It’s so gentle and keeps my eczema in check. Love this stuff.
