Tonight I’m giving a talk on what to eat to look and feel your best. What we eat can have a huge impact on how we feel, just as how we feel can effect what we eat. However, it doesn’t have to be a vicious cycle! Sometimes taking a few extra steps to nourish ourselves with good food can help us hit the reset button and get on track with enjoying making good choices.
