Dude, really? Ridiculous health claims really get to me. While it’s true that raisins are all-natural (“Just grapes and sunshine”) and contain important nutrients, that Fitness magazine says they’re deserving of a “Fitness Healthy Food Award” should not be interpreted as a reason to eat more than the recommended 1/4-cup serving. This label is just thinly-veiled advertising for the magazine. Lame.
