I’ve been enjoying this almost every day for the past month as a lunch dessert or bedtime snack. The combo of sweet, savory, salty, and tangy hits all the right flavor notes. It’s also a great way to help you meet your vitamins C and fiber needs.

All you need:

Your favorite berries
Goat cheese

What to do: 

Simply wash your berries, slice if needed, and then garnish with 1-2 tablespoons of goat cheese.
