Welcome to my weekly little gratitude list. I’ve been going strong with this since June, and I’ve really been enjoying the practice of taking a few minutes every Sunday to note the small good things from the week. This weekend has bee super-busy at the hospital and in life, so without further ado, here’s what’s made me happy this week:

1.) Shout-out to Raechel for sharing this great piece about age 29-going-on-30.

2.) This Wednesday, I’m speaking at the Lady Project 2015 Kick-Off Event in NYC. If you’re interested in coming out, you can learn more here.

3.) I am thankful for tea this week. It saved me from succumbing to a laryngitis resurgence on Monday.

4.) Sleeping Dogs. So much cuteness. Eli & Satch are best buds.

5.) Tasty food. Why do I always forget about arctic char?

6.) Mercury Retrograde is certainly working magic and playing tricks lately. Yoga has been a lifesaver. I think I say that at least every other week.
